About the site

Loving Is Easy provides general editorial information and inspiration for couples in the UK. Content is not professional medical, therapeutic, financial or legal advice.

Paid digital products

Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, products sold directly by Loving Is Easy are digital PDF downloads. No physical product is posted or supplied. Product pages describe the file, intended format, contents and printing requirements. You are responsible for having compatible software and, if you wish to print the file, suitable printing facilities.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total payable amount is displayed before payment is confirmed through Stripe Checkout.

Placing an order and contract confirmation

Selecting a purchase button takes you to Stripe Checkout, where you can review the product and total price before paying. An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed. After confirmation, the site provides a purchase-confirmation page and secure access to the purchased file. Stripe may also provide a payment confirmation using the contact details entered during Checkout. Please save the confirmation and these terms for your records.

Immediate supply and cancellation rights

Before proceeding to Checkout, you must actively ask us to supply the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day cancellation right once the download begins. The consent box is not pre-selected. If you do not provide that consent, Checkout will not start.

If immediate supply has not begun, or if the legally required consent and acknowledgement were not obtained, your statutory cancellation rights are not restricted by these terms. Nothing here removes rights that UK consumer law gives you.

Delivery and secure download access

After Stripe confirms payment, the success page provides a secure, time-limited and session-bound download route for the product purchased. Download access may also be limited to a reasonable number of attempts to protect the file. If a valid link expires or a technical problem prevents access, email hello@lovingiseasy.com with enough purchase information for us to investigate.

Personal-use licence

Purchasing a printable gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and print copies for the personal use of one purchaser, household or couple. You must not resell, redistribute, upload, publish, share the digital file, remove ownership notices or use it to create another product for sale. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with Loving Is Easy.

Faulty or corrupt files, refunds and consumer rights

Digital content must match its description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for its stated purpose. If a file is faulty, corrupt, incomplete or not the product ordered, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, that may include a replacement file, repair, price reduction or refund.

Refund and cancellation requests are considered according to the circumstances and applicable UK consumer law. We do not exclude refunds or remedies where the law requires them. A change of mind after compliant immediate supply has begun may not carry the same cancellation right, but this does not affect rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unusable digital content.

Using our editorial content

You may read, share links to and print a reasonable amount of free editorial content for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing, scraping, selling or presenting substantial content as your own is not permitted without written permission.

Accuracy, safety and availability

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but venues, products, prices, availability and terms can change. Use suggested activities with appropriate judgement for your circumstances, access needs, health, location and weather.
