Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, current location, broad age range, interest choice, consent time, and basic campaign/referrer information when present. We keep short-lived, pseudonymous connection data only to deter automated abuse. No dating profile is created.

Why and lawful basis

We use this data to record your requested early access, assess genuine demand by city, plan future launches, prevent abuse, and send relevant Loving Is Easy launch updates. We rely on your consent for the waitlist communications and legitimate interests for aggregate validation analysis and service security. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing, hosting and sale

We do not sell your data. Infused Hosting provides the web hosting and email infrastructure used to operate this service and may process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Retention

Waitlist records are retained for up to 24 months, or until they are no longer needed for validation, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your personal data, to object, and to withdraw consent. Email us to make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and analytics

This validation site uses only an essential session cookie for security and form submission. It does not install advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. Standard campaign parameters and landing referrer may be stored with a signup.
