Loving Is Easy is the trading name used for this website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@lovingiseasy.com.
Information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information included in your message. We use it to respond, manage the enquiry and keep an appropriate business record.
Purchases and Stripe payment processing
Paid digital products are purchased through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe collects and processes the payment and billing information entered during Checkout under its own privacy terms. Loving Is Easy does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
We receive limited purchase information needed to fulfil and support the order. This may include the Checkout session identifier, product purchased, amount, currency, payment status, purchase time and the customer information Stripe makes available for the transaction.
Secure checkout and download records
The site keeps server-side records needed to verify paid orders and provide secure downloads. These can include purchase-entitlement records, time-limited download permissions, remaining download allowances, consent records and Stripe webhook event identifiers used to prevent an event being processed twice. These records do not contain full payment-card details.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time. These logs support security, reliability and fault diagnosis.
Cookies and similar technologies
Product and checkout pages use a strictly necessary secure session cookie named lie_checkout. It supports checkout security, request verification and authorised download access. It is configured as Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax and normally expires when the browser session ends. It is not used for advertising or analytics.
Loving Is Easy does not currently use general audience analytics or advertising cookies. The site loads fonts from Google-hosted services, so your browser may make a request to Google when displaying a page.
Loving Is Easy does not currently load optional analytics or affiliate scripts. If optional technology is introduced, it will only load after you select Accept optional. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the site footer.
Your choice is stored in the necessary first-party cookie lie_cookie_preferences for up to 180 days. The cookie records only whether optional technology was accepted or rejected.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to operate the site, process and fulfil purchases, provide customer support, maintain security, prevent duplicate fulfilment and meet accounting or legal obligations. It may be handled by service providers needed to host the site, process payments through Stripe or operate email. We do not sell personal information and disclose it only where needed for these purposes or where legally required.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed for correspondence and business records. Purchase, payment-status and fulfilment records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the product, handle support, prevent misuse and meet accounting or legal obligations. Temporary session and download permissions expire automatically, although a limited purchase record may be kept for those purposes.
Affiliate and external links
Some pages may contain clearly disclosed affiliate links. Following an external link takes you to another organisation, whose privacy and cookie practices apply.
Your choices
You may ask about personal information you have provided, request a correction or ask for deletion where applicable. Contact hello@lovingiseasy.com. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, security or contractual purposes.

We may update this policy when the site or its services change. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised date.
